You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, selected the wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately.
All returns are to be sent with the original packaging including the part number label and with no signs of installation. Returning parts should be returned with the order reference number included. NO refunds on electrical parts.
We reserve the right to deny the refund if any of the criteria above is not met.
